Bella in HR in Action

Case, created by the Human Resources team of food holding Bella was among the topics in the HR in Action competition for students, organized by the Bulgarian Association for People Management (BAUH). Six of the 67 teams of two students chose to work on it, and five of the teams reached the final round. Winners Yoana Zarkova (Sofia University Sv. Kliment Ohridski) and Dimitar Mitkov (University of National and World Economy) w o n the opportunity for an internship in the company. Bella gave a special award to the team in second place. Gabriela Mitsova (University of National and World Economy) and Mihaela Apostolova (University of National and World Economy) received free training in the company's corporate university Bella Academy.
12 companies and more than 120 students participated in the first edition of HR in Action. Its purpose is to enable students to get acquainted with the HR function, as well as companies to see the decision of real cases through the eyes of young professionals.
